facilities. We use this information to be able to design better play areas and assess the comfort levels of
our customers to our existing designs.

Commercial Advertisement. Your and your children’s pictures and/or likenesses may be used on our website for commercial advertisement purposes. By utilizing our Playground and/or facilities, you consent to having your and your children’s (or ward’s) image or likeness used for this purpose. We are very receptive to requests from people not to have their picture taken, so if this is the case with you, please let us know.
